Designed for more people
Accessibility at SeaNova
SeaNova is committed to making our digital experience clear, usable, and welcoming for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility across navigation, product discovery, content, checkout preparation, and customer care.
01 / Commitment
Access, by design
A digital experience with fewer barriers
Our goal is to provide a website that supports different ways of seeing, hearing, navigating, understanding, and interacting. We consider accessibility when organizing information, selecting colors, writing product content, building forms, and reviewing interactive features.
We work to keep essential information available without relying only on color, animation, sound, precise pointer movement, or a single type of device. Content should remain readable when text is enlarged, layouts reflow, or keyboard navigation is used.
Everyone should be able to explore the water with confidence before the journey even begins.
02 / Our standard
A practical benchmark
SeaNova uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as an important reference for improving our website. Our current target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA across customer-facing content and core shopping journeys.
Because content, browser behavior, assistive technology, and third-party services continue to change, accessibility is an ongoing process. This statement does not claim that every page or feature is fully conformant at all times.
03 / Measures
Support across the journey
The following practices guide how we maintain and improve the SeaNova experience.
Structure and navigation
We aim to use meaningful headings, logical reading order, descriptive page titles, recognizable links, and consistent navigation patterns.
Keyboard access
Core controls and links are intended to remain reachable without a mouse. Focus indicators are kept visible so keyboard users can identify their current position.
Visual clarity
We prioritize readable typography, clear spacing, strong contrast, flexible layouts, and information that does not depend on color alone.
Product media
We work to provide useful alternative text for meaningful images and avoid placing essential information only inside photographs or graphics.
Forms and instructions
Form fields are intended to include clear labels, understandable instructions, and helpful error information when a submission needs attention.
Motion and control
We favor restrained motion, respect reduced-motion preferences where supported, and avoid unnecessary effects that interfere with reading or navigation.
04 / Compatibility
Built to adapt
SeaNova is designed to work with current versions of widely used browsers, operating systems, screen sizes, and common assistive technologies.
- 01 Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.
- 02 Desktop, tablet, and mobile environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
- 03 Keyboard navigation, browser zoom, text resizing, and common screen-reader workflows.
- 04 Responsive layouts that reflow to reduce unnecessary horizontal scrolling.
Older browsers or uncommon combinations of software and assistive technology may provide a different experience. Keeping browsers and operating systems updated can improve compatibility and security.
05 / Limitations
Where barriers may remain
We want to be transparent about areas that may require additional attention while our website and services continue to evolve.
Some content or functionality may be provided by external platforms, payment services, embedded media providers, review tools, or other third parties. These experiences may operate under accessibility practices that SeaNova does not directly control.
- Third-party interfaces Embedded tools may present navigation, labeling, contrast, or focus behavior that differs from the rest of the SeaNova website.
- Changing product content New or updated product media may require additional review to improve image descriptions and supporting details.
- Device-specific behavior Some features may behave differently when browser extensions, custom display settings, or older software are used.
When we identify a barrier within our control, we evaluate its impact and work toward a practical improvement. Where an immediate technical correction is not available, we will try to provide information or assistance through another reasonable method.
06 / Feedback
Tell us what you need
If you experience difficulty using the SeaNova website, encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information in another reasonable format, please let us know.
Helpful details to include
- The page address or name of the feature involved.
- A short description of the difficulty you experienced.
- Your browser, device, and assistive technology, when relevant.
- The format or type of assistance that would be most useful.
We review accessibility feedback in good faith and use it to guide corrections, content improvements, and future design decisions.
07 / Ongoing review
Progress is continuous
Accessibility is not a one-time project. SeaNova reviews customer-facing content and core website experiences as designs, products, technologies, and recognized accessibility practices change.
Feedback may lead to content revisions, clearer labels, improved keyboard behavior, stronger contrast, better image descriptions, or changes to the way information is organized.
